Holding Pattern: A number of songs on this week's Top 20 hold their positions from last week. They include our #1 song "Bad Romance" by Lady GaGa for the 2nd week; "Fireflies" by Owl City holding at #2 for the 3rd week, and Noisettes' "Don't Forget the Rhythm" stuck at number 4 for week two.

Further down, LaRoux holds at #10 for the 2nd week with "Bulletproof"; and Shinedown holds at #13 for the 3rd week in a row with "Second Chance". Both songs are former #1 records here at the Weekly Top 20.

Moving up are Black Eyed Peas with "Meet Me Halfway", #5 to #3; and Lady Antebellum breaks into the top 10 up from #12 to #9 with "Need You Now."
