Shiny Toy Guns on top with Major Tom
Shiny Toy Guns tops Mel's Weekly Top 20 with "Major Tom", a good remake of Peter Schilling 's 1980s era hit. This is the song that has been featured in a Lincoln-Mercury MKS ad (see video clip two posts below). Shiny Toy Guns have been around since at least 2002 and have issued two albums. Samples of their music can be heard at The Sixty-One.com and also on their website.
